  • Minimise disruption to the property

  • Integrate seamlessly with existing outdoor features

The Pool

  • Model: Bermuda 6m Executive insulated swimming pool

  • Purpose: Year-round use with efficient thermal insulation

  • Design Goal: A modern, flush finish that blended perfectly with the existing deck

Key Challenges

This project required careful planning and creative logistics due to:

  • No rear access from the front of the house – The pool shell had to be lifted over the rear boundary fence

  • No fence removal permitted – The existing fence could not be dismantled

  • Limited backyard space – Traditional excavation methods weren’t possible

  • Deck height precision required – New tiles needed to sit perfectly flush with the current deck level

Our Solution

To overcome these constraints, our  installation team implemented a carefully coordinated plan:

  • A crane lifted a digger into the backyard to enable excavation within the confined space

  • Excavated soil was scooped directly over the fence into a truck, preventing damage and avoiding excess mess

  • Precise measurements ensured the pool height aligned perfectly with the existing deck

  • Custom tiling work created a seamless transition between the original deck and the new pool surround

Scope of Work Completed

Our team at Pools Spas and Essentials managed the entire project from start to finish, including:

  • Site excavation

  • Swimming pool installation

  • Pool fencing

  • Landscaping

  • Custom tiling to match and sit flush with the existing deck

  • Enhances both lifestyle and property value
